The Summer Barbecue was held on Saturday 28th June 2003 which was fortunately a sunny day! We enjoyed good company and very good food. Thanks to Phil and Richard for not turning everything into charcoal! The punch and Pimms went down very well and a good time was had by all. Artistic skills were on display with a giant game of Pictionary which certainly gave us a good laugh, as well as unveiling a few hidden talents! We hope to make the barbecue an annual event, on a larger scale next year. Events hosted by band members are very welcome but this does restrict the number of people that we can invite. One of the local village halls has been mentioned as a possible venue for next time so watch this space...
